Inito is a medical device registered with the FDA. Our policies seek to provide flexibility for consumers while maintaining the safety and effectiveness of our products.
General Guidelines
- This policy applies only to purchases made on inito.com or the Inito Fertility & Ovulation App.
- For purchases made through Amazon or other authorized retailers, please contact them directly, as we are obliged to adhere to their policies.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, or replacements.
- All requests for refunds, cancellations, or replacements must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g. order number)

Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped.
- After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Note: Orders are processed immediately upon placement. If you need to cancel, please contact us at help@inito.com immediately. We are not responsible for any delay in receiving your email and even if you email very soon after your order, we may have already shipped by the time we process your request.

Return Policy
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of product delivery.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at help@inito.com.
- A $15 processing fee applies to all returns to cover the cost of return shipping and restocking, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
- The seal on the product box must be intact.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after return inspection and approval.
- Risk of loss or damage during return transit is the customer’s responsibility.

Subscription Order Returns
- Customers are eligible for free return shipping on the first two returns made as part of their subscription.

Exceptional Circumstances: Inito may consider return requests under exceptional circumstances, at its sole discretion. These requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be approved if:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the seal intact.
- A valid proof of purchase is provided.
Inito 1-Year Limited Warranty Policy
At Inito, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This Limited Warranty provides protection against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Warranty Coverage Details
- This Limited Warranty applies to the following Inito devices: InSight Reader, InSight Wireless Reader, InTemp Basal Thermometer
- These devices are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
- Fertility Strips: While Inito Fertility Strips are not covered under the 1-year limited warranty due to their single-use nature, we remain committed to providing high-quality products. Fertility Strips with verified manufacturing defects may be replaced or refunded at Inito’s sole discretion.

Exclusions Under This Warranty
This warranty does not cover:
- Inito Fertility Strips, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Damages or defects caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect or improper use
- Accidents, natural disasters, or other external causes
- Unauthorized repairs, tampering, or modifications
- Negligence or failure to handle the device with reasonable care

How to Avail Warranty Services:

If you believe your Inito device has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact our customer support team at help@inito.com. Please include the following details in your email:
- A brief description of the issue
- Relevant photos or videos showing the defect
- Proof of purchase
- We may request that the original device be returned for inspection before processing your claim.

Resolution Options: At Inito’s discretion, one of the following actions may be taken:
- Repair the defective device
- Replace the defective device with an equivalent product
- Refund the original purchase amount (not to exceed the purchase price)

Warranty on Repaired or Replaced Products
- Any repaired or replaced product will be covered for either 90 days, or the remainder of the original 1-year warranty period, whichever is longer.

Limitation of Liability
- This warranty does not cover any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the device.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
- Our maximum liability to you for any warranty claim is the amount you paid us for the product regardless of the nature of your claim.

- This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights depending on your location, and local laws may affect the applicability of certain exclusions or limitations.
